Community is at the heart of everything we do

Souris Credit Union Ltd. is a locally owned, managed and directed full service financial institution. The Board, Management & Staff live and work in the area and understand its needs and demands, and make decisions that affect the community. You are an owner - and as an owner you have a say in the direction of your business. Because we are locally based and locally owned, Souris Credit Union is in a position, more than any other financial institution, to support our community through economic and social contributions. We did this in a variety of ways this past year.

Many local organizations and charities receive much needed financial and volunteer support from Souris Credit Union. We donate/raise funds for various causes such as Souris & Area Minor Hockey, Red Cross Water Safety Program, Golf for Wishes, Q.E.H. Foundation, Special Olympics and the Canadian Cancer Society. Souris Credit Union is an active participant in our schools, providing funds for music equipment, banners, lunch programs, sports uniforms, and drug awareness programs.
